I stayed at this special and unique hotel - 3 nights. Just to thank and praise. The service approach - deserves all appreciation and praise. The hotel is so beautiful and tastefully decorated, starting from the special lobby, through the amazing sitting area, the bar and its inviting space. The bedroom is spacious, the bed is comfortable, there is a coffee corner. The breakfast is excellent! Every request is answered with a smile, professionally and immediately. Thank you very much, dear staff, for truly seeing the customer and their needs. And to you, the owners of the place - thank you very much for designing this beautiful hotel and especially for dictating the impeccable service policy. Thank you very much

Beautiful hotel. Very modern inside while retaining a beautiful exterior. Excellent and helpful staff. Delicious cookies in the lobby. Nice breakfast spread. Beds super comfy.

Great historical building converted to a hotel. Comfortable bed. Well equipped washroom with sufficient toiletries. Good cleanliness. Water bottle in room was nice to have upon arrival. Very friendly staff who go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Free parking. Water kettle in the room was also great to have.

The staff is very friendly. Especially the lady that welcomed us. The views (aside from burger king) are beautiful. Easy access parking. Beautiful buildings very well decorated. Comfy bed

This is an amazing property. It's set in an old palace that has been fully renovated, but the original charm and history were perfectly kept. It has an amazing view of the sea and the 2 main mountains of Angra do Heroismo, which you can hike up to for amazing views. The hotel is just a 15-min walk from Rua da Se, the main street with restaurants, bars and shopping. There is plenty of parking available if you have a rental car (which is the best way to explore the island). The beds are comfortable, the whole facility is very clean, breakfast is delicious. Everything looks brand new and charming at the same time. But the best part was the kindness of the people who work there, they all made us feel very welcome.

This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in! On one hand, you can feel the rich history of the place, and on the other hand, it's a charming boutique hotel where every detail is beautifully crafted. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the amazing breakfast, and the stunning views. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Angra. Angra stole my heart; it's a place I would love to return to. You can take a leisurely 20-minute walk to the city center or drive to convenient public parking spots.

Great hotel. The building is very old, and some parts of it are preserved. The rest is a modern hotel. The room is spacous. everything is brand new. The bed is large and super comfortable. The shower is a treat. The stuff is so service oriented. Wherever you meet them, whether at the reception or at breakfast or the bar, they are always smiling and do their best to assist. Breakfast is good and fresh. WIFI is very string and stable. There is a nice view of monte brazil. The price is very reasonable

10/10 stay – would book again! We had two twin rooms – very comfy beds and great pillows. Andre on the front desk is a gem. Excellent breakfast each morning. Lots of comfortable spaces like the lounge and outdoor terrace. Quiet location and easy to walk to town. Pool is gorgeous! Easy to park when we returned from day trip adventures, yet still only 10-min walk to town. Late checkout time of midday is awesome!

The public areas of the hotel are spacious and comfortable and the rooms are as well. The breakfast includes a variety of choices and is plentiful and very good.
